SHOT3 CARE
paddle
care guide

cleaning the
paddle surface
Due to their grittier surface, raw carbon fiber paddles accumulate debris more quickly. You may use a carbon fiber cleaning block to rub the debris off the surface of the paddle gently in a circular motion.
cleaning the
paddle grip
Your paddle handle will accumulate dirt from sweat and exposure to the elements. To prolong its longevity grip, wipe the handle with a towel or damp cloth after every pickleball session. After cleaning it, dry it by using a separate cloth.

avoid extreme
temperatures
Cold air can increase a paddle's brittleness, making it prone to breakage. Excessive heat can soften the paddle face and may cause delamination. Hence, storing your paddle in a dry, room-temperature closet is best.
avoid getting
your paddle wet
Avoid submerging your paddle in water or any other liquids. Many paddles have a honeycomb core that could trap water inside the paddle's face, making it harder to use.
be mindful of
the edge guard
Wear and tear in this area indicate frequent contact with the ground. You may consider adding edge guard tapes to help keep your edge guards safe from scrapes.
